Why do you require a minimum order?
Like any type of marketing program, purchasing leads requires both time and a sufficiently large volume in order to accurately calculate your return on investment. Working with our agents since 1998, we've been able to set a minimum for each lead type that will give you the best chance at success.
Will I get all of my leads at once?
You're in complete control of your lead flow. Leadbot provides real-time leads of prospects shopping right now for products that you sell. You can control the number of leads you receive by setting a daily and monthly cap. You can also pause your order when you need to take a break.
If I buy exclusive leads will they ever be resold to anyone else?
Leadbot's exclusive leads are only sold one time, period.
Do you offer any guarantees?
Absolutely! Even though Leadbot implements the most sophisticated scrubbing methods in the industry, it is still possible to receive a bogus lead. If that happens, simply return it within 10 days for a credit to your Leadbot account. See our lead replacement credit policy for allowable reasons.
How do I return an invalid lead for credit?
You can return invalid leads for credit online and 24/7 through the BrokerOffice lead management system. From within BrokerOffice, just select the invalid lead you want to return, then scroll to the bottom of the data sheet and click “Return Lead.” After providing additional lead information, your request will be submitted to our lead verification team. At any time, you may view the status of your lead requests by clicking on the "Support" tab and then on "Recall Request" in BrokerOffice. The Knowledge Base resource in BrokerOffice also has an on-demand video that shows you exactly how to request credit for an invalid lead.
Can I opt out of automatically being recharged?
Please contact your account manager if you would rather pay through your checking account instead of a credit card.
How do I adjust my lead flow?
Your BrokerOffice lead management system offers an easy, online method for controlling your lead flow. From within BrokerOffice, click the “Edit Lead Profile” link on the navigation bar. Select the lead profile you want to adjust and then change the maximum number of leads you want to receive daily or monthly. To suspend your lead flow, you can also select the “Inactive” option in the “Status” column.
